Privacy policy

Short, because this site is about OzzyBet and holds almost nothing about you.

What is collected

There is no account system here. No registration form, no newsletter, no profile. You read pages and you leave.

The hosting and content-delivery layer writes standard request logs: the page address, the time, the referring page, the browser type and a shortened network address. Those logs keep the site running and feed aggregate traffic counts. They are not joined to anything else.

If you write to the address on the contact page, your message sits in the mailbox that received it. It is used to answer you. That is the whole of it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies of its own. The content-delivery network may set a technical cookie for security and performance. Anything you pick up after clicking through to a casino belongs to that operator and follows its cookie policy.

Outbound links

Some links to the welcome package carry a parameter that tells the operator which page sent you. It names this site. It does not name you.

Once you land on the operator's pages, their privacy policy governs what happens next. A casino holds identity documents, an address, payment details and a record of play, because licensing requires it. A static page about OzzyBet holds none of that. Read their policy before you deposit, and read it again if they change it.

Children

This site is for adults. The legal gambling age is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, and 19 in the rest of Canada. Nothing here is aimed at children, and no information is knowingly taken from them.

Your requests

To ask what correspondence is held about you, or to have an email exchange deleted, write to the address on the contact page and say what you want done. Requests about a casino account, meaning the personal data the operator holds, deletion of gambling records or marketing preferences, go to that operator. They hold those records. This site does not.

Changes

When this policy changes in a way that matters, the edition date on this page moves with it. Using the site after that means the current version applies.

Name the email address you wrote from and the approximate date of the exchange. That is enough to locate it.
